人工髋关节置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折

【摘要】 目的  探讨高龄股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换的疗效。方法  总结人工髋关节置换治疗58例75岁以上的高龄股骨颈骨折，分析其疗效及并发症。结果 经过3~19个月（平均8.5个月）随访，58例术后2~3周均恢复行走活动，无1例死亡。按髋关节功能Harris评分标准：优良率89.7%。结论 人工股骨头或全髋关节置换术是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的有效方法，可促使老年人早期活动，恢复关节功能，提高生活质量。郧西县人民医院骨科张冰

Artificial hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fracture in elderly patients

 Abstract:Objective  To evaluate elderly patients with femoral neck fracture prosthesis results. Methods Aggregate artificial joint replacement for the treatment of 58 patients over the age of 75 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture, analyze its effects and complications. Results  After 3 ~ 19 months (mean 8.5 months) follow-up, 58 cases after 2 ~ 3 weeks were resuming normal activities, no one died. By the Harris hip score functional criteria : excellent rate 89.7%. Conclusions  Unit artificial hip replacement is the treatment of femoral neck fracture in patients with an effective way to enable the elderly early activities, restore joint function and improve quality of life.
